TURNING GRIEF INTO ACTION
What We Do
We honor Bryce’s life by supporting families, amplifying their voices, and working together so others facing similar struggles can find a better path forward.
Supporting Families
Grief, fear, and uncertainty can feel isolating, but no one should have to go through it alone.
We’ve created spaces where parents and caregivers can connect, share, and support one another.
Black Moms Against Overdose Facebook Group
An online support group founded on Facebook to serve as a safe and affirming space for Black mothers who have lost children to drug overdose.
Voices of Loss Storytelling & Advocacy Platform
A platform and speaker series offering opportunities for families affected by overdose to publicly share their stories, transforming personal grief into powerful advocacy.
By elevating real voices and lived experiences, the program humanizes the overdose epidemic while bringing critical awareness to policymakers, educators, and the broader community.
Prevention Tools
Access to life-saving information, tools, and medication makes a difference.
We work to increase awareness and accessibility of resources that help prevent overdose and save lives.
Community Naloxone/Narcan Distribution
A harm reduction initiative that provides free, lifesaving doses of Naloxone to residents throughout Prince George’s County, Maryland.
We’re focused on supporting families, caregivers, and everyday community members by empowering them to act quickly in the event of an opioid overdose. By increasing access to Narcan and raising awareness around its use, Bryce’s Treehouse helps equip the community with the tools and confidence needed to save lives.
Funding Impact Through Grantmaking
We invest in organizations and initiatives that do meaningful work in prevention and education across the United States through a competitive grantmaking process.
